GetPageAsImage

The GetPageAsImage component to get the page of pdf file as Image based on PageNumber.

Ports

The GetPageAsImage component exposes the Control In, Control Out, Data In and Data Out ports by default.

Port Description
Control In Must be connected to the Control Out port of one or more components.
Control Out Can be connected to the Control In port of another component or the default end component.
Data In The GetPageAsImage component exposes the following Data In ports.
FilePath: Specifies the location of PDF file.
PageNumber: Specifies the PageNumber of PDF file.
Data Out Return the Image.

Properties

1.To edit the properties of the GetPageAsImage component, in the properties window, change the required property. Users can edit the following properties.

Property Description
Search Search for the respective property.
Delay After Execution Specifies the wait time (in seconds) after the action is performed.
Delay Before Execution Specifies the wait time (in seconds) before the action is performed.

Example Let us Consider an example

To Count the Pages from Pdf File:

  1. In the Toolbox, expand the Utilities and then expand the PDF.
  2. Drag the GetPageAsImage component and drop it on the Design surface.
  3. To specify the file location, double-click on FilePath and enter the location of the file.
  4. To Override the existing data source, right-click FilePath.
  5. Select Override and change the data source.

    To learn more about overriding the data source of the data port, refer the Override section.

  6. To specify the PageNumber, double-click on the PageNumber and enter the PageNumber.

  7. Expand the Image Utilities, drag the Save component and drop it on design surface.
  8. To specify the file location, double-click on FilePath and enter the location of the file.
  9. To Override the existing data source, right-click FilePath.
  10. Select Override and change the data source.

  11. Connect all Control ports and Data ports in the activity.

  12. In the toolbar, click Run.
