Email

The Email connector enables users to perform common Email task functions. This connector exposes different methods that can be used in a project.

How To Use

To access the Email connector.

  1. In the Toolbox expand Connectors

  2. Drag the Email component and drop it under Global Objects.

  3. Expand Global Objects.

  4. Double click on the Emailconnector under Global Objects to populate all the methods for the Email connector under the object explorer section.

SetConfig

Allows the user to specify an email account used to automate during a project.

Note

The SetConfig method must be used prior to performing any other operations using the Email connector.

GetMails

Allows user to get multiple email contents based on the Folder Name and Filter.

MarkAsRead

Allows user to mark a specified mail as read.

Input: Mail Object

Reply Mail

Allows user to reply to emails, this component also allows the user to specify Message, ReplyToAll (True, False), Bcc, Body of the email, IsHtmlBody (True, False), Add attachments.

Input: Message, ReplyToAll, BCC, Subject, Body, Attachments, does mail body consist HTML (True, False).

SaveAllAttachments

Allows user to save multiple attachments from a specified mail objects to specified destination folder.

Input: MailObject, Folder Path

SendMail

Allows user to send emails, this component allows you to specify To Address, Cc, Bcc, Subject, Body of the email, Add attachments etc

Input: To Address , CC, BCC, Subject, Body, Attachments, does mail body consist HTML (True, False).

Allows user to fetch the mail content for a given mail object.
