RPA and DPA Robot Management

  1. On ROBOTS page, user can create new Robots, edit them as well as view their status and the environments they are assigned to.
  2. In the ROBOTS page, we can add two type of Robots:

    • RPA ROBOTS
    • DPA USERS

Create a RPA Robot

  1. Click on Robots tab under the Navigation Panel.

  2. Click on Create RPA Robot to bring up the NEW ROBOT window.

  3. Enter the following Information

    • Robot Name: Name the Robot.

    • Machine Name: Type the name of machine which needs to be connected to Orchestrator.

    • Description: Mention a brief description of the action the Bot is supposed to perform(This is not a mandatory field).

    • Environment: From the drop down select the environment.

    • License: From the drop down select the license type for the bot.

  4. After creating the Robot, User can edit the Robot by clicking on the Edit icon Screenshot in ACTIONS tab and click on Submit.

  5. User could also delete the Robot by click on Delete icon Screenshot in the ACTIONS tab.

Create a DPA Robot

  1. Click on Robots tab under the Navigation Panel.

  2. Click on Create DPA User to bring up the NEW DPA USER window.

  3. Enter the following Information:

    • Username: Enter Desktop Login Account Name i.e., Domain\Username

    • Description: Mention a brief description of the action the Bot is supposed to perform (This is not a mandatory field).

    • Environment: From the drop down select the environment.

    • License: From the drop down select the license type for the bot.

  4. After creating the Robot, User can edit the Robot by clicking on the Edit icon Screenshot in ACTIONS tab and click on Submit.

  5. User could also delete the Robot by click on Delete icon Screenshot in the ACTIONS tab.
