Classification Groups

A Classification Group is a purpose or goal expressed in a user's utterance. For ex: Filght Booking, Bus Booking, Train Booking, etc. for a container that will classify different type of travel bookings.

By using Classification Groups, we can classify the uploaded documents into groups.

  1. To create Classification Group, click on the Container name (E.g. Booking) in the Navigation Menu.

  3. Click on Create Classification Group.

  4. Specify a Name and click on Submit button.

  5. Newly created Container gets displayed under the list of Classification Groups.

Classification Documents

Document Groups are created to train the model to classify and identify by adding documents based on classified group.

  1. To create Document Group, click on the created Classifier Group name (E.g. Filght Booking)

  2. Document Group:

  3. Click on Create Document Group.

  4. Specify a Name and click on Submit button.

  5. Newly created Container gets displayed under the list of Document Groups.

Import Documents

  1. Expand Container, Classification Group, Document Group. E.g. Booking > Flight Booking > Documents

  2. Click on Import button.

  3. Click on Upload Files and select the required document.

  4. Imported document gets displayed under the list of Documents.

  5. To map the Entities, click on the imported document name (E.g. Sample1.pdf).

  6. Select a text to populate the Entity selection window.

  7. Choose an Entity from the list or specify a new Entity name and click on Screenshot (it will add the Entity to the list and the new Entity can be seen under Entities tab).

  8. After adding the Entities, hover the mouse on the text to see the tagged entities as shown below.

  9. Repeat the steps until all the documents and entities are added based on the requirement.

  10. To add Dictionary or Examples to an Entity, select a document from the list and choose an Entity from Select Entity drop down list.

    • Select required Dictionary from the drop down and click on “Add”.
